Please read the following important message from Canada Post:

Following the implementation of our new SAP system on July 2, we’ve continued to stabilize our systems and processes, including resolving issues experienced by customers with our shipping tool.

As a result, we would like to share a few updates:

Going forward, dates and charges posted on your credit card statement will match the shipping dates and dollar amounts on the associated receipts.
For transactions made during July and August:
- Transactions were put on hold as we assessed and resolved the technical issues. These charges will start to be applied the week of September 8th.
- If you experienced a price discrepancy with any of your mailings after June 26th, 2025, you will be automatically credited for any overpayments you made.

Reminder:

As of July 2, and with the introduction of event-based billing, payment will only be processed on your credit card once the item(s) receive a physical scan in Canada Post’s network:

If we do not receive a physical scan, you will not be invoiced for the item.
You are also no longer required to submit label cancellation requests for items that are not shipped.
If a label has been printed and discarded, you will not be charged (for that label) on your invoice.
